I saw this recipe on the Pioneer Womans' website and knew I wanted to try it. This was my first time roasting red peppers, and the pictures on Ree's website really helped. It was also my first time using pine nuts. Not bad. All in all, this was a delicious recipe, though it needs some tweaking to fit our taste. Specifically, less onion! They both look awesome!
