We started our search for a house 3, 4 months ago and we finally have a home! The moving date is July 1st and we are really excited. I spend all my time looking for house stuff on Craig's list and yard sales! It's so awesome to get stuff for our own home! Sunday, August 21, 2011. Chad and I did the math and figured this was the ninth time I had been to Lake Powell with his family and he has been going close to 20 years! The only year we both missed was when Kennedy was just born. It's crazy to think we have been going that long! It's sad to say that there have been years where I have not taken one picture but this year I redeemed myself and took a ton. Little miss Kennedy was in heaven! Isn't this picture just to die for? Just hanging out being cute.

By Sunday afternoon, we had to leave to return home and my mom would soon be joining him. Before we left, I told him I loved him for the first time in 13 years. And to my own shock and surprise, I meant it. Easter is approaching and this year I will celebrate not only the future promises of Heaven but the freedom abiding in Jesus gives us now.
