Just livin 'betes in Costa Rica. Long Time No Blog. Well hello, all! I know its been awhile….okay like 2 months since we posted last. Its been quite busy. So here is what we’ve been up to. Chad and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on July 13th! We recently welcomed home the Boulais’, excited to have them back! Thankfully we got them there on time. Me, Lura and Mike @ the look out for Laguna de Apoyo. The group taking a tour around Lake Nicaragua. Camille(visiting), Jodyne and Christine Making Pasta.

The 7.6 earthquake that hit Costa Rica on Wednesday, it’s epicenter was near our little town of of Samara, followed quickly with an evacuation due to a tsunami warning. Just livin 'betes in Costa Rica. Well its was a very FULL September and October! Here are some pictures including a beach walk on Playa Ostional during the Sea turtles “arribada” mass nesting. Sea turtle laying her eggs, we could only use red light so we wouldn’t bother them. Ok I cheated on some when they were turned the other direction…. We were literally tripping over them, there were thousands! Heading back to the Ocean, Its pretty amazing living in the national geographic! View from our backyard.

Just livin 'betes in Costa Rica. We had our C.O. visit a few weeks ago. A wonderful couple Juan and Millie Pizarro, sub C.O. They spent 17 years serving in Mexico and 8 months ago moved to La Fortuna to help out in English. While they were here a special announcement was made, A new English (pre)group has started in Nicoya(an hour from us) and we will be assisting in helping it grow. Babies having babies! Sunday, May 2, 2010. Today is my due date! Very frustrating. BUT I do only have 2 days for sure and no longer! I just wish I could go on my own. But we will get Mr. Ethan out one way or another! Tuesday, May 4th, is going to be the best day of our lives. We will be so proud and blessed. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Dr Update and babysitter crisis. I went back to the doctor on Wednesday. I am 2cm dilated and 50% thinned out! Can't wait to see our little guy! SO, now I have no one! Tuesday, April 13, 2010.

The Most Important People. Sevilla and Chad met on McKinney Ave in uptown Dallas sometime in early April 2010. They were the last people out of the bar on the last night that the bar was open. Chad thought Sevilla's last name was Garcia after meeting her that first night and was so disappointed to not be able to find her on Facebook. Poor guy. I just love when people come to visit for their vacation.I feel like I'm kinda getting a vacation, too! 160;Rhonda was a trooper coming out here after an emergency Appendectomy the week before. Chad and Sharla Clark. Tuesday, August 23, 2011. So I said in the last post that our lives were boring. I suppose this implied that all we do is study. Don't feel too bad for us because I had a pediatric rotation in July that was pretty easy going - including Fridays off! The month before that we spent in Pocatello where I was doing a rotation with a Family Medicine doctor. Again, Friday off! We definitely took advantage of this. Friday, February 17, 2006. I'm a Terrible Blogger! Well, it's been about four months since my last blog and not too much has changed. Life is good. Still loving marriage, and Chad, and our home, and most of the time Green Bay. (We got a BLIZZARD yesterday, and the temperature is supposed to get down to -15 today. wind chill -35! Really, it's not that bad though, when you're used to living in Michigan. I love getting to speak at our school chapels. I'm in such a perfect ministry opportunity! I LOVE MY JOB!
