Not so very long ago I went to a picturesque little spot in the English countryside called Loseley Park, which not only has terrific ice cream. But also, in the summer, hosts the Loseley Medieval Festival. Alas (or, perhaps, thankfully) this is not a medieval festival in the way of the (in)famous Medieval Times. And the Paladins of Chivalry.

Is a Sacramento microbrewery where you can either drink the professionally made beer or make your own (under professional supervision).
