Rachel Crosses the Pond. A journey of fish, chips, and self-discovery. Monthly Archives: March 2014. On Saturday, I made veggie burgers that didn’t fall apart when I cooked them! And a tasty lemony yogurt sauce to go with them. Oh also I ran 15 miles. Which was pretty hard. But so were the veggie burgers, especially without a food processor. Saturday evening, I video chatted with the wonderful Winnie! So maybe if I don’t give myself carpal tunnel playing 2048. With some of these soon! No Going Back Now.

I’m Craig, a Ph.D. student researching memory and addiction at the Univerity of Cambridge. I also did my undergrad at Cambridge and separated my degrees with a year in the ‘real world’ as a Business and Healthcare Analyst. My studies are looking into inhibiting cellular reconsolidation as a therapy for maladaptive disorders and the effect of manipulating prediction error signals. I’ll let you know how that goes! Currently Webmaster and Biology Coordinator for CHaOS (Cambridge Hands on Science).
