Enter your search terms. Mum was taken by the Life Flight. Air Ambulance from Wairau Hospital to Christchurch Hospital on 25/11/06. The Doctor stayed with her the whole time until a Doctor from Christchurch Hospital had seen her. Mum was taken to S.P.C.U. in ward 15 but within a few hours was put into ICU as her pancreatitis was that bad. These guys were great and I would like to thank them on behalf of all our family for doing such a great job and getting Mum safely to Christchurch Hospital.

Enter your search terms. Loves seeing people but there are a number of problems with this. Firstly, she is a surgical patient… she requires surgical procedures quite often. She has tubes in both her stomach and her left hand side. These pose a risk of infection on top of her. To put it into perspective, if Saxon-Connor hadn’t performed the operation on her she would have died! And she isn’t out of the wood’s yet. Always check with the ward administrator before walking to her room!
