Three-year terms begin/end with elections in the Fall unless members resign or are appointed to fill a vacancy. CharlestonVillage.org: Architectural Review
Our property management company will forward the requests to the Architectural Review Board for review and consideration at the next scheduled ARB meeting. If there is no ARB meeting, requests may be forwarded directly to the Board of Directors. The Architectural Review Board makes a decision and notifies our property management company of the decision.
