May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great." Psalm 138:5. Tuesday, March 5, 2013. There are so many critical pieces involved when putting together a first rate Montessori program. Dr. Montessori described the balance of three elements to be essential in what is described as a true Montessori program. The third critical element is the adult in the environment. May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great." Psalm 138:5. Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Sunday was a VERY long day for me. After finishing teaching and packing it was almost midnight Saturday night before I went to bed. Then up at 4:00 to catch the 8:30 flight from Beijing to Taipei where I was greeting by my next hostess, Jane Wang. We traveled to the other end of Taipei to wait 5 hours for our flight to Taitung City where I am teaching now. This is one of the reasons I do thi...

Happy for This Moment, Happy for This Life: Sunshine!
http://carolinababy08.blogspot.com/2014/02/sunshine.html
Tuesday, February 18, 2014. So, when I woke up yesterday morning and saw the sun shining brightly, with not a single cloud to obstruct its rays all I could think of was soaking it in. Inspite of the below freezing temperatures our family bundled up to soak up some rays. It was cook out time at the park with Mr. John. We grilled hotdogs. Roasted marshmallows for s'mores. Played some croquet (Collin came in second). And enjoyed the playground. February 18, 2014 at 6:42 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Happy for This Moment, Happy for This Life: Vaccinations and the Continuing Mommy Wars
http://carolinababy08.blogspot.com/2015/01/vaccinations-and-continuing-mommy-wars.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. Vaccinations and the Continuing Mommy Wars. This seems an odd post for my first one in 6 months, especially considering that I haven't even introduced Miss Adley, but this one is sitting heavy on my mind and the only way to let it go is to write. So, here are my thoughts on vaccines and the mommy wars. Just a day after watching a new video (forget it's a commercial, and for formula, oh dear! Actually, about us. We will have been married for three years on April 16th. Yeah! We've been living in Montana for almost all of our marriage. We started off working as church planters. Now Michael is the pastor of a rural church in Columbus, MT. We are settling in to our new house, town and church and are looking forward to all that God has planned for us in this new place of service. View my complete profile. Is it just me? An update for anyone who happens to read this blog. Wednesday, June 17, 2009.

Christine's Corner: Holidays and Hailstorms!
http://clmunn.blogspot.com/2013/06/today-students-presented-their-prenatal.html
May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great." Psalm 138:5. Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Today the students presented their Prenatal Timelines. I am really pleased with the work they are doing- this is a dedicated group of men and women! We have completed 9 days of class- 72 hours of lectures and discussions, whew! Because of the holidays only our class has been meeting; the children and staff will return to the school tomorrow- I have missed them! June 12, 2013 at 7:54 AM.

May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great." Psalm 138:5. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. We use the Spelling Connections curriculum for spelling as it is very thorough and phonetically based, but we find it is challenging for them. It requires thought and and writing- -both of which are somewhat difficult for several of our students. Today, as I was working in the classroom, I overhead a student say, "I love this"! As I smiled to myself I could not help but think, "I love THIS"!
