Your Sustainable Life: Aug 25th -Chocolate Repost

The little community radio show that assumes we all want to change our lives for the planet, and aren't sure where to start, and can't afford expensive alternatives. For twelve weeks, I'll take something you think you may never give up and weigh the alternatives. They are easier than you realise! If maybe at the end of the show, you think more seriously about your next purchase, my job is done. Whether humanity is on the verge of self destruction or not, trying new things is a great experiment! You also ...

amy's cookery: October 2011
http://amyscookery.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 30, 2011. Photos taken quickly, and easily uploaded from the kitchen - I love my new iPhone. This alligator is made of cinnamon bread and has cinnamon roll legs/feet. He's one of the best - if not the best - alligator I've ever made. I used my trusted blended recipe (my own concoction of a few great bread recipes I've met over the years) (which I will write down some day.) but I added more sugar and butter. mmmmmmmm. He reminds me of a toy on wheels. :). Sunday, October 30, 2011. They mad...

amy's cookery: September 2012
http://amyscookery.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 22, 2012. Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter. The first time I had pumpkin ravioli with sage brown butter was in Mildura, Australia. None of us will ever forget the food in Mildura - it was divine; and the pumpkin ravioli has been on my mind ever since. Most of the recipes I've looked at call for wonton wrappers or prepared pasta. It was hard to find any that used pumpkin pasta as well. Nothing beats fresh, homemade pasta. I actually had to buy sage. Thank goodness for local farms.

amy's cookery: August 2011
http://amyscookery.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 26, 2011. Probably the best form of Kitchen Kitsch I've ever owned. I proudly bought the hugging kangaroo and koala salt and pepper shakers (which sit so nicely on their map of Australia) while Hannah and Rohan were climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Hannah loves them - that's all that really matters. (but so do I.grin). Friday, August 26, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thunder Oak Cheese Farm. Thunder Oak Cheese Farm.
