Life at Chez Smiffy: Insight
http://chezsmiffy.blogspot.com/2011/03/insight.html
Why we eat the way we do (revised 2010). In looking over my attempts at photography over the last couple of weeks, I am struck that there is a reason I had been unable to get a usable shot. I couldn't (can't) stand still. I sway a lot lately, as I spin with my head in an attempt to not fall over. And even when I am propped against a support, my hands are trembling. So, as my head clears, perhaps I wil get better photos. (I hope.). March 21, 2011 12:51 PM. But I dont choose to lug around a tripod, so.

life with soul: Dear Grandpa
http://lifewithsoul.blogspot.com/2014/05/dear-grandpa.html
Monday, May 12, 2014. To the generous man that gave his all to his family – better known as Grandpa. It is with a generous smile that I write my memories of my dear grandpa. My smile is as generous and huge as his personality was. He was never the kind to not give a damn – because he did give a damn. He forgave. He loved. He made us laugh. I will never again encounter a lemon that will ever compare to Grandpa’s lemons. Was it really true that his secret was fish guts? I’m so very grateful. All of his gra...

It took a while to rice 10 pounds of potatoes, but I think it was worth it. Making large quantities of mashed potatoes is a workout! Posted by City Share. If you&...

Thursday, October 30, 2008. Wonderful, Challenging Food. But this is a time when I'm so thankful to live in the information age.
