Monday, September 3, 2012. My name was on the board! I was given the task of dicing 2 gallons of pineapple, 2 onions, and chopping parsley for pineapple salsa. After completing this task I went to lunch and when I returned my name was written on the board with some more tasks. Yay! I was excited so I took a picture and everyone in the kitchen thought I was crazy but I don't care. I felt for the first time like I belonged and was just excited to have something to do other then dishes. Heres a funny story!
