The Chelsea Symphony will invite submissions for its third annual competition for early-career composers in the greater New York City area. The winning entry will be performed on the orchestra’s season finale concerts on March 10 and 11, 2017. The winning composer will also receive a professional recording of the performances and an honorarium of $250.
