Project Abbenay: Things seeking homes. 1st Jan, 2015 at 5:01 PM. As I try to fit myself into new flat I have a bunch of stuff to get rid of. It will need to be collected from Caledonian Place. A lot of it will end up donated or ebayed if I don't get takers here, but mates get first dibs. Ikea Ivar shelving unit with cabinet and four shelves (was my drinks cabinet with the dragons on). 30cm deep, 226cm tall and 85cm wide, would cost £89 new, £30 or make me an offer. Pound;15 or offer. 2nd Jun, 2015 19:19 ...

Waiting Job During Fringe and Beyond. Aug 10th, 2014 01:23 pm. Do you or somebody you know need a job right now? A small bistro near the Royal Mile is looking for part time and full time waiting/bar staff. I won't sugarcoat this - especially during Fringe it's very busy and physically demanding work with long hours. Some hospitality experience would be essential as they don't have time right now to train new staff all the way from scratch. Oct 22nd, 2010 05:15 pm. Dec 1st, 2009 11:02 am. This is generall...

Lentils and sausages!: learn_italiano

I've brought a packet of lentils back from Italy and they have a recipe on the back. I've got most of the translation done (and cooked my dinner! But there's one bit I'm not sure about. La lenticchia non va tenuta a bagno. Si consiglia una scelta a dito e un accurato lavaggio prima della cottura". I think Scelta is quality and dito a finger, so I think this is asking me to manually check the lentils [for stones] since they've not been washed. Then give the lentils a careful wash. Puy lentil pie - Garlic n Chilli

Gourmet Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes. I was looking around for permaculture communities on LJ and found this community. I cook the following dish about once per week in the Winter and it feeds me, my partner and 2 year old daughter and then I have leftovers the next day. It's modified from the Café Fresh recipe for puy lentil pie. A stalk of celery. Potatoes - enough for the topping. I usually steam some green veggies to go with this dish. Powered by LiveJournal.com.
