Tuesday, February 1, 2011. 刚从法学院毕业的小甲和小乙同学突破千军万马,一举考上了公务员。单位里的领导对他们俩比较重视,有饭局也总带着他们。但是小甲要开车回家,所以总是很谨慎地少喝酒或者不喝。有天茶歇的时候他们俩聊了起来。 乙:小甲,你昨天和局长去陪市政厅的人吃饭了是么?他们招待的规格怎么样?来的人能喝不? 甲:酒菜是很好,但我晚上还得开车送局长回家,不能喝啊。 乙:是啊,酒后还开车的话的确比较危险,但他们总很热情的劝酒,不喝又感觉到不兄弟,不好意思回绝。再说酒后驾车差得也不是很严吧,查到了最多就是罚点款,驾照扣上几天这样的行政处罚,也没什么大不了的。一般我觉得我还清醒,也就开回去了,也都没有什么大碍。 乙:不过听说在美国,酒后驾车是刑事责任,判起来很重的。 甲:我知道,我的几个美国朋友和我说过。他们从来不在喝了酒后开车。 乙:不过貌似有个文件说政府想把酒后驾车慢慢变成一种刑事责任。这样人们就能更慎重一些。 乙:哎,可能吧。不过我还是相信,如果政府真的能把酒后驾车列到刑法里,情况会好的多。 千军万马 an impressive display of manpower.
