食譜材料非常簡單– 牛奶, 雞蛋, 糖,雲呢拿香油和少量牛油。 砂糖20克加一湯匙水, 放入微波爐叮3分鐘, 如果顏色仍是透明即還未夠時間。 如叮過久見到微波爐出煙表示焦糖已燒焦, 那時候焦糖會變為啡黑色, 味道超苦。 2雲呢拿糖加進牛奶內叮一至兩分鐘至暖和, 不能太熱, 不然加入蛋漿後蛋會變熟. 3 把雞蛋打散, 用篩子隔去渣滓, 蛋漿與牛奶拌勻, 然後倒進焗杯內. 5 查看蛋漿的凝結度, 如中心還沒有凝結表示還沒有熟透, 再每十分鐘查看一次, 直至熟透. 食用時可用小刀沿邊界開, 然後反轉倒在碟上, 小心糖水漏出。 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 當我們走到了最後45分鐘的路程, 見到遠處有山火, 不以為意。 後來再多走15分鐘,見到前面的人折返,說前面火勢較近, 不宜行走,說罷便走了。 經過商量和觀察風勢後, 我們決定向前走, 但要與時間競賽, 在火勢燒到前要逃到安全地方。 要快啊 , 大夥便像聽到馬拉松的那一下槍聲一樣馬上起跑, 氣氛也隨著我們的喘氣聲而緊張起來, 飛灰也愈來愈多。 那刻腦裡不受控制地浮現多年前八仙嶺意外的畫面, 心裡掙扎應不應該給丹尼打個電話. 不然有什麼不測,我跟他最後一句話就是早上電話的那句 好起身去睇中醫。 跑著跑著到了最接近火勢的一段, 大約與我們相距10米, 已能清楚聽到植披被火燒得劈劈啪啪的聲音, 讓大家更加緊腳步的跑。 再一路下山便遇到陸續上來的消防員, 從他們對講機對話中聽到火場面積大約200 x 300 米。 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 除了一般城市人出外必備的錢包, 鑰匙, 手提電話外, 我的手袋幾乎沒有其他常客。 我會化妝, 但討厭補妝, 也不喜歡在公眾地方給陌生人看到自己對著鏡子擠眉弄眼, 所以我很少帶化妝品外出, 反正用不著。 最近連潤唇膏也沒帶出街了, 沒有什麼原因, 只是半年前去旅行時把潤唇膏放在旅行專用的背包裡, 回港後一直沒有把它放回平日用的手袋。 每次坐飛機機後我都會把那張小小的票尾放在手袋的內袋, 接著便會完全忘記它的存在, 直到幾個月後才會再次發現。 以前我的手袋也經常放一本讀物, 或雜誌或書本, 好在坐車的時候看的。 Ipad或手提電腦, 化妝袋, 和其他必需品, 有時候還要加上名牌包包本身的重量, (那個妙妙牌手袋上的大鎖頭是一絕), 真的讓人舉步維艱。 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 記得還是小孩子的時候跟隨父母去飲宴, 父母都會把我打扮得比平日漂亮, 穿一條溈漂亮的裙子,梳梳辮子。 到了可以自己決定穿什麼的年紀我就不講究了, 覺得為去飲而裝扮很老土, 故此讀書時代大概是一副休閒裝束赴宴。 到後來出社會工作後才慢慢懂得一點世情, 也因為有了薪水而有多餘錢買 飲衫 , 漸漸地出席婚宴也會穿得漂亮一些, 自己開心之餘也當替主人家高興。 當時心想大概少女與我當年的心態是一樣, 然後突然覺得將來有機會做父母應該教導子女出席宴會的應有裝扮,這不僅是子女當晚美與不美的問題, 也代表家庭教養。 我爸媽出席飲宴也會穿得好一點, 不是什麼貴價貨, 但至少是看得出來比平日隆重,這代表他們也認為 去飲 是應該穿得好一點, 但不知為什麼在我少年時他們沒有提點過我。 有一次同事在平日請飲, 我們大伙兒下班後一起到達場地, 在幾位領口鈕都沒扣露出白色內衣邊的男同事中,突然看見當中一位男同事刻意打了領帶。 這是很簡單細微的一件事, 也不難做到, 但作為一個旁觀者的我感受到那位同事將婚宴視為一個隆重的場合, 所以也為此裝扮一下。 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 你們的朋友圈中有沒有這些人 遇到活動邀請, 總是爽快地應邀, 但在活動臨近時又隨便失約。 或許就是太方便,所以人就開始對邀請漫不經心, 每次收到邀請時總會熱情爽快的回答 count me in! So looking forward to meeting u guys/girls! 待活動日期漸近, 搞手再確認人數時就開始轉口風說最近很忙未必能夠出席, 但會盡量 drop by 活動當天當然無影。 更有甚者在活動開始後才以短訊通知 sorry can’t make it today. You guys have fun lah。 早幾個星期與幾位朋友去旅行, 其中一位朋友義務安排了幾天行程, 打了不少長途電話預約這樣那樣, 讓大家不用到達後手忙腳亂。 當然這個人自負所有金錢損失, 也提供了不太有說服力的失約理由,但難免掃了一行人的興致。 又或答應後卻不會留出時間, 之後遇到更有興趣的活動,就隨便放朋友鴒子。 每人都有自由選擇想見的人想做的事, 遇上興趣不大的人與事, 大可婉拒出席, 不用惺惺作態一輪後又要反口覆舌。 交換日記20 我的 包包 裡會有什麼. 有一段時間我是坐巴士上班, 巴士每逢繁忙時間便十分擠擁, 也會有一條長長的人龍侯車。 那時候我對一個跟我在差不多時間排隊的女士印象特別深刻, 她每朝也是急步走過來排隊, 希望憑那幾下急步能比同時也正前去排隊的人排前幾個位。 有時巴士滿了不能再上客, 她便會從人龍中跑到車門,死命的嘗試擠上巴士門口的梯級上, 有時她會成功擠上, 有時會擋住巴士門使它關不上而阻礙開車, 車上等得不耐煩的乘客就會冷言冷語趕她下車。 乘升降機時, 只要升降機門還未完全關閉, 那管空隙只剩下一厘米, 有些人都要拚了老命狂按鈕使門重新打開。 有次上班時在公司樓下等升降機, 其中一部已正在關門, 我便打算等下一部。 突然有一黑影從我身後閃出, 猛按鈕使升降機重新開門, 那時才看清楚原來是自己的認識的女性。 時間管理不夠好, 生活沒有計劃, 沒有耐性又不顧其他人感受。 有些女人總像生活得很勞碌狼狽, 每天都像九個蓋掩十個煲, 老是抱怨時間不夠睡眠不足。 其實只要時間安排好一點, 早點睡早點出門, 不要把約會或節目安排得密麻麻, 那自然能改善問題。 我認識幾位在職媽媽,沒有幫傭也能把日常事務處理妥貼, 我知道絕不容易, 但並非不可能。
