The Journal of the fabled Chris Mabe. May 4, 2010 at 11:39 ( Chris Mabe's Oregon Trail. Yesterday I went by the Lake of the Ozarks. It was very pretty, as water with lots of dirt in it somehow tends to be. I have a feeling it would have been further enjoyed had I had a fishing pole or a boat.
