I use my food processor for making raw salsa, raw cookies, raw applesauce, raw power bars and so much more. Sproutman’s Kitchen Garden Cookbook. By Steve Meyerowitz,. This cookbook has step by step instructions on how to sprout (s prouts have an amazing amount of nutrients.). It also has great recipes for sprout bread and sprout cookies . This was the only bread and cookies that we allowed Amber to have while she was recovering.

My Journey to Raw. Saturday, February 5, 2011. And so the Journey Begins. Ask and you shall receive! 8 weeks into my program I started exercising. I started with brisk walking 2 miles and ended up, after a few weeks running 4 miles! I LOVE to run. I believe you either love it or hate it. I ended my program with 50 pounds gone and a body that was starting to take a nice shape. The end of November my wonderful husband and I took a cruise for our 16th anniversary! February 6, 2011 at 10:10 AM.
