http://aroundtheworldin730days.blogspot.com/2007/09/ben-and-kristin.html
Rob and Sarah's European Adventure. Monday, September 03, 2007. The weary travellers got here safe and sound yesterday and they were rewarded with a tour of St Albans, and a pint at the Fighting Cocks Pub. Today we're going in to London to see the sights and will stop at the Tower of London! I can't believe the "boooooring" poster is on here too. Show your face, I say! http://canuckcraft.blogspot.com/2010/06/easy-fast-cheap-and-guaranteed-to.html
My craft projects and some that I WISH I'd done. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Easy, fast, cheap and guaranteed to entertain. Okay I saw this somewhere, at some point, but have no memory where. My disclaimer. Yeah, my brain is a sieve. At least I remembered this activity book and hopefully some of you will throw one together and reap the same rewards that I have. Okay This could NOT be easier. Get 3-ring binder. Old, new, used. whatever. Step #2: Buy/find plastic binder sleeves. Now, a quick word about dry e...

Chronicles of Po-Ho: Florida 2013
http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/02/florida-2013.html
Monday, February 18, 2013. Our third trip to Little Gasparilla Island was just as dreamy at the last two. I don't know why we only stay for a week each year! We rented two houses, one for our family and one for Sarah's, a few houses apart. It was magical, beautiful and brain-relaxing. When there's nothing to do but dig, walk and search for shells for a week, it slows things down dramatically. Namely blood-pressure. I matters not. We had a great couple bonus days. The Lowry Park Zoo, in Tampa, was the sle...

Canuck Craft: January 2010
http://canuckcraft.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
My craft projects and some that I WISH I'd done. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. January in Ottawa is cold, dark and grey. I need to infuse some colour into my crafting. Here's my inspiration for this week:. I'm using these nautical flags as a start point to a new project. They are so chipper and bright. I think there's a fun project to be done with spelling out words with them. Links to this post. Saturday, January 16, 2010. Oooh, broken promises! Well, that was clearly not the truth. So, here I am. Here a...

There are countless craft sites to peruse, and many of them are updated daily. I know I manage to find something I'd love to work on at least once a day. Here are some links from my favourites list:. Today featuring hand-shaped meatloaf! Today featuring Super Mario cross-stitch! And made from scraps! I have ...

Canuck Craft: Mama's got a brand new (felt) bag
http://canuckcraft.blogspot.com/2010/05/mamas-got-brand-new-felt-bag.html
My craft projects and some that I WISH I'd done. Monday, May 31, 2010. Mama's got a brand new (felt) bag. In between selling our current house, buying our future house and planning Mr Canuck's 36 day work trip, the crafting-life has fallen by the wayside. Egged on by my caregivers request for a donated item for a charity auction I started to seek inspiration. It didn't take long to find this picture circulating on the ol' crafty sites:. Now, many sites, like Craft. Just print out the darn pattern). It's ...

Canuck Craft: April 2010
http://canuckcraft.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
My craft projects and some that I WISH I'd done. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Happy Mother's Day. early. My mom and dad spend half the year on the east coast, so I don't get to see them during the summer months. (Unless I visit, which I hope to! Their departure is in the next couple of weeks, so I thought I would make my mom a Mother's Day present now to send along. I've seen crafts where people take their children's art and re-create it into something more permanent, like a doll or a transfer. Here's a di...

Around the world!: Way back when
http://aroundtheworldin730days.blogspot.com/2007/09/way-back-when.html
Rob and Sarah's European Adventure. Tuesday, September 18, 2007. As promised, here are some more pics from Ben and Kristin's visit. We went to Wales for 3 days, and it was beeeyouuuteeful and the weather was great. Hangin' on the beach at sunset. At St David's Cathedral. And then we went to Venice for 2 days. Again, weather was amazing - but it was really crowded. Obviously Sept is still high season for tourism there. Loving the wee masks! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sister Lee's bloggy blog.
