This is a wonderful dry rub, perfect for a brisket, tri-tip steak, pork roast, just about ANYTHING! 2 tablespoons chili powder. 2 tablespoons kosher salt. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon ground black pepper. 2 teaspoons dry mustard. 1 bay leaf, crushed. Very tender, savory and juicy. I recommend a rotisserie. We bought the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie. And have had it for many years, and we love it. I think it's done!
