MOUNT EMILY SHAY #1 - 2014 SCHEDULE. On July 4th, 2014 the COP and OHS will run the Shay on a series of excursion runs beginning at 9:00 am and run on the hour through 1:00 pm. The rides are open to the public and we can accommodate 90-100 people per trip. Boarding will be at the COP Team Track located at 1521 NW Lamonta Road, Prineville, OR. The COPR 1551…a freshly rebuilt SW 1500 will also be on display at the east end of the Team Track. Special Train and Group Events are available.
