Thursday, June 17, 2010. Smoky Mtn. Trip June 2010. David and I had our "annual" trip to the mountains for our anniversary. We stayed at a bed and breakfast for the first time and really enjoyed it. The location was awesome! We just relaxed and went around the newly paved Cades Cove. It was much better! Here are some of the pics we took! A view from the veranda of Gracehill Bed and Breakfast! Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Halloween in the Mountains! We went to the Mountains on Friday, the 30th and came home on Sunday evening. Justin and Kayla went with us and we really enjoyed the beautiful trees and mountains! As many times as we have been to the mountains, I don't remember ever going in October when the leaves were peaking. They weren't 100% but they were still very pretty. When we got there Friday, we went straight to Cades Cove. Saw several deer and a lot of turkeys! Posted by Linda Lawson.
