Clarabelle the Cat finds out that her owner Patty has cancer. Patty and Clarabelle learn a valuable lesson that how they look on the outside is not as important as how they feel on the inside. The Theis family hopes their story about Clarabelle helps children to learn that making fun of others, because of their differences, can be hurtful.
