We did a pretty good job of eating clean, except for that Fisher's Popcorn! Sorry, but if you go to the shore in the Ocean City, MD area, you have to have Fisher's caramel corn! Also, if you have time, refrigerate the dough in the pans before topping them. Maybe an hour. Not required, but I think it may also make a difference. 1/4 tsp sea salt.

A smoothie that has tumeric, ginger and cinnamon scared me a little bit, but I knew how healthy it would be so I tried it! Turns out it’s actually really good thanks to my new Vitamix and its blending power. If you tried to blend tumeric and ginger root in a regular blender, the taste may be a bit stronger, but you can always use a ground ginger and tumeric spice instead. Makes about 30 oz.
