Who is this guy? Long-distance bicycle durability testing. Eating as a part-time job. Sep 16th, 2008 at 9:42 AM. Does anyone realize how much healthy food it takes to total up 3500 calories? Seriously, people. That is an unholy crapton of food, and that's how much I need to eat every day if I don't do a long bike ride on the weekend, and I'll still lose. One pound per week. In non-nutrient concerned quantities, lets examine how much 3500 calories really is, in some quantifiable measurements.
