To undertake the climb, a moderate level of fitness is required as it is extremely steep in places. Appropriate clothing must be worn with attention to footwear as parts of the mountain are rocky and good ankle support should not be overlooked. This is a voluntary climb and we can accept no responsibility for someone who does not treat the mountain with the respect that it deserves.
