The 5 of Us. Thursday, November 5, 2009. Before surgery Tanner's two best friends, who are brothers and their family brought Tanner a bear from build a bear with scrubs on and a special message for. Really well. He was calm and just wanted the slurpee. They had told him he would get after the surgery. The hardest thing for him has been wanting to itch his eyes and he isn't supposed to. The 5 of Us. Thursday, October 9, 2008. We recently returned from a trip to California. We had a blast. We stayed with Justin's sister Allison and her husband Philip. They were awesome hosts! It was strange to go back to California as a visitor since I grew up there. It always feels like home when I go back. I felt like a kid at Disneyland and it was fun to be there with my kids.
