What’s for dinner? January 12, 2017. This is a really easy but fancy shrimp dish in the Instant Pot. It was barely enough for our family so I’m going to experiment with doubling the rice/liquid next time. Frozen wild caught shrimp, 16-20 count. Shell and tail on. Sea salt (real salt). Parmesan, romano or asiago. Combine all ingredients in your pressure cooker, layering the frozen-shell-on-shrimp on the top. Friday, May 20, 2011. We are going to have a baby today! I rested for the next few hours and around 3:00 I started feeling pressure.
