Nathan has been appropriately and affectionately nicknamed, “Buster” or “Buster Brown”, and true to this name I am often retelling the exasperating tales of life in his dust! His tenderness continued today, when we were eating dinner. Someone had failed to set out water glasses, and Nathan jumped up to get himself a drink. Lauren sweetly requested, “Natey, would you please get me some water, too? What a sweet kid! And what a sweet mom to notice and record this :).

She was playing with Nick and she ran herself into the couch and somehow broke her collar bone. It will be 4 weeks of a sling and pain meds. Hopefully she feels better soon! Saturday, September 5, 2009. Are we done with the diapers yet? Well life doesn't slow down. We still continue to be extremely busy with work, kids and home repairs. In all of this craziness we still find time to enjoy family time together. A couple of weeks ago we took the kids over to Michigan Adventure in Muskegon, Hayden had a blast and we will go again for sure. We also went to Grand Haven and played on the beach. Monday, June 15, 2009. Hayden loves his best friend Christopher. The drums and the motorcycle were taken at our friends house, he actully did very well playing the drums. The life of Nick, Jaimee and Makell (mostly Makell). Sunday, January 9, 2011. For Christmas Makell got a new rocking chair. She loves to watch Baby Einstein, read and climb all over it. Makell's hair is long enough for pig tails and I LOVE her in them! My friend gave me some materials to make Makell cute new pajamas. Check 'em out! It's official, Makell is no longer a baby! She has been replaced by a sweet little girl that we love to death. She is so fun right now and we just can't get enough of her!

She asks to go pretty much once a week. If it weren't so pricey, I would probably take her. Also it is a little boring bowling by yourself with a three year old in the middle of the day. Those bowling alleys are quiet! Our score board after three games. See the score by the little J? Yep that's me and I won!

Thursday, December 31, 2009. Merry Christmas/Happy New Year. So it's been a while. Let's catch you up. Ella: has recovered from a fractured femur. She is sitting up on her own, and is trying to crawl. She is 7mo old and weighs about 20 lbs. She loves her food, she has taken a liking to rice puffs, and crackers. Nicole: Back to work at the Health dept, working as a Women' s Health NP, love it. Work part time 3 days one week, 2 the next, pays well, and gets me out of the house for a little while.

She was dedicated, committed and now an inspiration for someone like me. After returning from my USA holiday I haven’t been too happy with my weight and body composition in comparison to before I left. The test will be how I feel and how I fit my clothes.
