Friday, March 26, 2010. Wellwe are very excited about the fact that our family is growing. Here is a picture of our little Junior. At my last apt, my Dr. had found the heartbeat of Junior on my stomach and then there was constantly this extra sound. She said that was all the movement of the baby and if we were doing an ultrasound little Junior would probably be doing flips and moving all over the place. Only a little over 5 weeks, and we get to find out if Junior is a boy or a girl. Life in the fast Layne.

Thursday, August 29, 2013. Tyler competed in a sprint triathlon the second week in August in Emmett. We had a blast watching him, and although he was exhausted at the end, he wants to do another one next year. Before the race, Nikki was giving him some advice on where his swim would take place and trying to help ease his nerves (see the very middle of the picture, behind the bush). Sunday, July 7, 2013. Now to back up . moving in to our house. We had a great group of friends and family give up half of their Saturday to help us move. Then Alicia, Eric and Emma came to help unpack, clean, and enjoy a bit of time with us. We broke in the firepit with some smores the first night. Trenton really enjoyed his first smore! Wednesday, February 4, 2015. With two kiddos it seems as though I have less time than I used to to do the crafty things I enjoy.which is ok, it's just the phase of life we are in right now. And, don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE it! All that to say, I did spend a little time yesterday with my sewing machine and I love what i was able to make. Monday, August 19, 2013. In July we took a trip to Seattle to visit Heather and Gabe. We had a fun weekend enjoying their new house, and here are a few highlights. Trenton got this crane truck from Heather and Gabe and the best part of the toy is that it came with a drill so he could put it together and take it apart - he was in heaven! Gabe playing with Trenton. Playing at Beacon Hill park. Coloring - with Heather's special markers and colored pencils. More walking at the market.
