About The Joint Usage. Wind Engineering Research Center Office. 1583, Iiyama, Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan 243-0297. Phone: 81 (0) 46 242 9658. In 2013 we were selected for the Joint Usage/Research Center Program by MEXT as [Wind Engineering Research Center] and are actively promoting more collaborative researches based on past research results utilizing our facilities.
