I am currently at the Jeep dealership getting my car fixed for the second time this week. Car maintenance is so fun #saidnooneever. But what IS fun is getting tagged in blog surveys! Time for some thinking out loud. These questions were sent to me by one of my blogging besties, Molly, from Colors of Life. Tell me something most people don’t know about you. My friend Johna and...

Monday, August 10, 2015. Weekend Wrap Up: Kitten Edition. Warning, if you don't like kittens.you should probably skip this post ;) This weekend was all about the little kittens. I seriously did not leave the house all weekend (which might be one of my favorite things). So what's the story with these kittens? I can definitely see how we caught two now. And ran from the spare room over to our bedroom. I just saw a little tail out of the corner of my eye and was so confused. They are so smart. They have war...

http://pacewithgraceblog.com/2016/01/talking-spring-races-workout-recap
Talking Spring Races Workout Recap. January 25, 2016. It was a pretty laid back weekend for me and I am totally okay with it! For those of you who were hit by #blizzard2016 I hope you managed to stay safe and warm inside. I can’t imagine being buried under 2 feet of snow right now. Yikes! I haven’t talked much about my early spring racing plans so I thought I would get into that for today’s post. I have sighed up for the Wisconsin Trail Assail. Half last June, Hal Higdon’s Intermediate 12-Week Plan.

Icebreaker Relay – Oiselle Birds Representing. February 1, 2016. I had such a great time this past Saturday with my fellow Oiselle ladies at the Icebreaker Relay. We had a total of 6 teams participating so we definitely represented and covered the Pettit Ice Center in singlets! It was so great to all be together after only meeting many of them via social media. We made our way to the starting line for a 1PM start. Having blankets and warm tea to sip on in between your turn helped to keep us warm. So here...

The Balancing Act and Knowing Our Priorities. January 27, 2016. So this is a Thinking Out Loud (TOL) kind of post but I am sure I am not the only one out there who finds the art of balance is difficult to find. I feel like in times where I found some sort of balance, then something changes, a circumstance shifts, or life throws you a curveball. What I think it really comes down to is. Or where can I get more time to do more? When we really need to refocus our time, manage our expectations and concentrate...

Life is hard, but never serious. 21 Weeks and A Little Bit of Baby Talk. Wait up wait up wait up – did I not JUST pee on that stick? How is it even possible that I am already TWENTY ONE WEEKS PREGNANT? But I am, I really really am. There’s a human the size of a banana just hanging around inside of me. And if this baby decides to come at exactly 40 weeks (because babies are. On time, right? I am officially closer to the end of my pregnancy than the beginning. Once you get over the whole, “.
