Sunday, January 15, 2012. Sunday, January 8, 2012. The kids thought this was so cool - so did I! First, Jillian and Jake fed fish to Apollo. Jake got to feed him this huge fish! It was so cute! That's Nick helping Jake toss the fish in the tank. We got to pet Apollo and listen to him "talk." Then we all took a picture with him. What a fun memory for the kids! Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Jillian loves to do crafts - she's always asking if we can do a craft. I had heard about using Sharpie markers to do tie-dye, and I thought she might enjoy it. I have a ton of colored Sharpies, so we pulled out a white pillow case and some alcohol (which makes the color run), and got to work. Friday, June 29, 2012. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Jillian Gets Her Ears Pierced! As much as we were talking about it, we convinced Lisa, our neighbor and Jillian's best bud, to get her ears pierced too. So off we went! Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Happy Halloween from the Wilson kids! This year, we had a Rainbow Fairy and Captain America! The kids loved their costumes. Laura and I made Jillian's tutu and hair thing, and I made both kids treat bags. We carved pumpkins with the neighbor kids again this year.
