Priceless Blue: July 2010
http://pricelessblue.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 25, 2010. This summer was completely different. It was floods of memories and nostalgia of the beach trips I had as a child. It made me (and even Ryan) long for a summer cottage of our own. How wonderful it would be if every summer could be spent on Cape Cod? I would love to give my children the experiences I had growing up. Until then, I'll hang on to the wonderful memories we made this summer and continue to play the lottery. Posted by Ryan or Kara. Priceless Blue: Growing up!
http://pricelessblue.blogspot.com/2010/05/growing-up.html
Sunday, May 23, 2010. Last night we had dinner with my sister and her family at a Mexican restaurant. It was outdoor seating and a large group of high school students wer? E seated by us. It was obvious that they were going to the prom as they were all dressed up. We left at the same time they did and we watched them board a charter bus. Natalie was pointing out the dresses she liked. Here's the conversation we had after they left. Natalie: Mommy, will I get to go to a prom some day? All the Single Ice.

Grandma & Grandpa Brown: December 2009
http://ggbrown.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Grandma and Grandpa Brown. Friday, December 18, 2009. I can't even have a good cry without interruptions to do things for people. I must remember that the reason we have Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ who gave each of us so much. So when we get together on Christmas day, what is really important? Grandma and Grandpa Brown. Friday, September 26, 2008. Today is Teri's birthday. She would have been 48 years old today. I miss her a lot. Monday, September 22, 2008. Well, guess what? Friday, September 19, 2008. Now it is Thursday and our garbage disposal popped the circuit breaker and we can't get it back on. So I think we had better be careful what we throw in the sink. Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Monday, September 1, 2008. Does she look like anyone that we know? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Grandma and Grandpa Brown. Thursday, October 8, 2009. Musings on my Birthday, Age 72. Jim and I work at the Bishop's Storehouse every Tuesday and we met a woman the other day who did not have a stove. She lives in one room and has no way to cook food so she had to get things that did not require cooking. So many people come in who have nothing. It has been a humbling experience and I have become more thankful for the many blessings that I have. Labels: Edith Lucinda Bright Ware. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://ggbrown.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Grandma and Grandpa Brown. Sunday, August 10, 2008. This last week or so I have been scanning old pictures and putting them on my family tree. The Rhymes Family Tree is on Ancestry.com. So I learned how to scan and how to import pictures. Hooray for me. This is a picture of my mom when she graduated from high school in 1934. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Downey, CA, United States.
