The Road Less Traveled. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. This post is dedicated to my very enjoyable dinners the past two nights. Last night, the girl who lives next to me and I cooked and ate dinner together! On to tonight's dinner. and my dinner for the next week, for that matter (thank you Guatemalan hospitality.) Chinese food! One of my student's parents own a big Chinese resturaunt here. (Dad is Chinese, Mom is Guatemalan.love the diversity! I've eaten there many times, and these people are super hospitable.
