Coleslaw

This is a great fresh crunchy coleslaw, suitable on the side of the plate of any barbecue dish. 1 cup green cabbage coarsely chopped. 1 cup red cabbage coarsely chopped. Half a grated carrot. Cup chopped spring onion. 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum. 1/3 cup cream mayonnaise. Juice of half a lemon. 2 tsp castor/icing sugar. Best basic beef burger.
Aussie T-bone steak

Bones are a great steak. They have a porterhouse on one side, and the eye fillet on the other. When cooking, remove it when the porterhouse side is to your liking. The eye will be rarer than the porterhouse, but if you cook it till the eye is how you like, the porterhouse side will be dry. Refer to my basic steak rub recipe for some tasty seasoning :). Best basic beef burger.
Triple Chocolate Brownies

Mmm, brownies. Not much more to be said here :). 200g Cadbury Dark Cooking Chocolate. 1 Cup Brown Sugar. 3 Eggs Lightly Beaten. 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence. Cup White Chocolate Buds. Cup Milk Chocolate Buds. 190c for approx 30 mins. Allow to stand for 10-. 15 mins before removing from tray. When completely cool slice into 16 even portions. Brownies are at their best if allowed to stand for a few hours before consuming. Best basic beef burger.

Big Mac’s are awesome! Here’s how I make my version of the Big Mac. Start by making your patties, flatten them until they’re about 1cm larger than your roll. Use baking paper to do this, makes life easy. Then put the patties into the freezer for 10-. Now to make the sauce, add all the sauce ingredients into a cup and mix well. Place this into the fridge until needed. Fry the patties on a hot barbecue plate for approx 1.5 minutes per side. Season each side with salt and pepper while cooking.
