I had never been so small in my entire life and as with so many things in my life I became one of those that said I will never be that works as hard as I did to get the weight off to just put it back on. Welcome To Our Lives! Thursday, January 03, 2013. Body, Mind and Spirit 2013. I will lose 50 pounds over the next 12 months. (I am down 18.2 as of today but they don't count, that was 2012! I will participate in some sort of exercise at least 4 days per week. (My body and my mind need this). I will continue to eat healthy and drink enough water on a daily basis. I will read a good solid book at least once per month. To put God first in everything I do! Will read through my bible in it's entirety this year.
