Heather Lyn: Day 1
http://heathernielsen.blogspot.com/2012/04/day-1.html
Friday, April 20, 2012. TODAY I am starting Day 1 of my cleanse. I decided to do this to help me feel fresh and good again! Haha, yes this sounds hilarious. I am also doing this cleanse to help me with a diet afterward. I have done it in the past and it has helped me a lot with self control of what I eat and not overeating. I am posting about it so that I will stick to it! Its the Lemon cleanse.doesn't exactly taste so good! I'm performing tomorrow night again at UVU! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Between You and Me. It’s Christmas Eve, and all through the house…not a creature is stirring, not even a mouse. We’ve been bit by the Flu bug! The kids got out of school half day on Friday, and by 4 pm, Seth had a fever. I raced him to the doctor’s office before they closed, and his flu swab came back positive. YUCK. I’ve been saying all month that we were too busy and something had to give, but I didn’t want to slow down. But we will, just the five of us, be together tonight at our house. I hope you kno...

The Meulenberg Family: Cheer Clinic
http://meulenbergs.blogspot.com/2014/11/cheer-clinic.html
For the second year in a row, Claire participated in a cheer clinic hosted by the dance and cheer team from Forest Hills Central High School. She and her friends from school Lindsay, Emma and Gianna had a great time learning a dance routine and even performed it for us at the end of the clinic! Fall @ Meijer Gardens. Progress on the new Japaneses Garden. Picnic on the Park. I sure do like it! Waiting on the Bus. He didn't want to take a bath, so he hid in his room. He was pretty much in Heaven! I bet we circled the entire store at least 3 times! It was a nice Saturday afternoon, and we were in Grand Haven anyway, so we stopped by the kid's activities at the Salmon Festival. Claire really wanted to try to catch a salmon from the tank, so we waited in a *really* long line to try it out. We tried ...

The Meulenberg Family: June 2014
http://meulenbergs.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
It was a damp, mosquito-y morning, so we didn't pick long, but we got just enough to enjoy for the next few days! Look at those curls! Eric did his annual guy's fishing morning out on a charter boat in Grand Haven, and the guys had some good luck this year! While walking to the museum downtown Grand Haven, Claire told me that she likes being a "city family". I tend to think we're more of downtown dwellers in a small town, but I suppose it just depends on each of our perspectives! Final day = show time!

The Meulenberg Family: July 2014

Papa TerMolen normally spends hours on the waterfront saving our spot for the Coast Guard fireworks, but seeing as he was in Africa, we had to do it ourselves this year. Claire and I headed down to the spot at about 1 in the afternoon and stayed until almost 11, when Uncle Michael, Keegan and Hailey kept watch for the last hour. I could hardly believe how seriously Zachary took it! Riding in the back of the car to go get our berries weighed, they thought this was awesome! No one ever does! Coast Guard Ki...

The Meulenberg Family: 3 Years Old
http://meulenbergs.blogspot.com/2014/10/3-years-old.html
Zachary is 3 years old! Here's what he's up to:. He's just the happiest little boy. He always tells us why he "loves" things. He really looks up to his big sister. Nothing makes him happier than when she plays with him, and while she doesn't always appreciate him copying her every move sometimes, he really does learn a lot from her. He's a true homebody. If we're out and about, he'll ask to just go home. He's happiest just playing with his toys. He refers to each of our houses by their address.

The Meulenberg Family: November 2013
http://meulenbergs.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Zachary is 25 months old, and here's what he's up to! He's still completely truck-obsessed. He likes to play trucks a certain way which includes him being the digger, and whoever is playing with him being the dump truck. He's putting more and more words together. He's developing quite a pre-bedtime routine of a book, made up story, song, and prayer. He never calls Claire by her name, and only calls her "sister". He likes to be a "helper" with things like cleaning. Back home, and thankful for these two.
