Sunday, October 23, 2011. Long ago and far away. We went to one of Marci's games! It was so cool that she came as close as Norman (only 1.5 hours from here) so that we could go and watch. It was super special for me because this was her first volleball game I think I've ever been able to go to.better late than never I guess. There's our girl, #2 middle blocker. James was sick and had to just stare at it from the window for almost a week. He was so very happy when I finally let him out to play! You mean I can actually go out there? He had a grand time! Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Reach down low and touch your toes. How long since you looked at those? Sam is just about 5 months and he finally managed to get a toe into his mouth. He's been trying for a couple of weeks now but it can be tough getting around all that chub. He must be teething, cause if something's not in his mouth it's going to be! James is Buddy the tyranosaurus from Dinosaur Train. He L-O-V-E-D being a dinosaur and really got into character! Showing Mommy his spoils. 2012 Year End Review.

Sunday, July 14, 2013. In with the old.and the new. So, without further ado. We had a nice Fourth of July here in Sioux Falls. We ventured out to the parade in the morning, thinking it might be a little crazy. Not so! I didn't get any pictures having to deal with a very tired and scared Sammy most of the evening, but I think it was a pretty good show and the older kids had a blast (yes, that includes daddy)! Our little Sammy turned one! And I've been a mother of two now for a year with no major accidents!
