Well, no class activities this Monday afternoon as hopefully we'll be enjoying ourselves in Bundeena and walking through Jibbon Beach to get to the Aboriginal rock carvings! With my childen's acompany, it's a good life of first few months. Then I felt lonly when my son had to work in hospital and to take care of patients. My daughter had her own clicnic to care. Until one day, I saw my father’s desk had one carving of toad with a penny in the mouth. At that time I was mid-twenty at university, and was curiosity about the carving. So I asked my father why he put an ugly animal on desk. I do hope the carving of toad with a penny in the mouth may keep my family well and rich as usual.

Monday, May 4, 2009. ANZAC DAY is celebrated on 25th of April each year. The letters stands for: " A. It is a such special day that it was made a holiday. It is a day to remember the brave men and women who have served the country in times of war. On ANZAC DAY people show thanks for those who have fought for Australia. Most countries have a Defence Force which are the people working in the army, navy or air force. During the ANZAC DAY service people in Australia say the "ODE", which is part of the poem:.

Tuesday, March 24, 2009. 19 of March was the Harmony day celebration at TAFE. I went with my teacher and classmates. And we enjoyed the performances that other English students did on this special occasion. It was very interesting. Some students sang in their mother language. Others talked about their experiences in Australia and a Chinese lady played a typical instrument. then every one stood up and sang the National. And also all together. Sang the very famous song "We are Australian".

This blog is for level 4 students in the Adult Migrant English Program at St. George TAFE. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Well, the AMEP no longer exists at this college! Our lovely students have had to go elsewhere to finish their 510 hours! Perhaps one day they will return to do more English or another course here! I wish them all the best for the future.
