Cuando estamos en la temporada de fresas quiero comer fresas cada día de alguna manera, ya sea en una ensalada, un pastel o cualquier postre. Hoy he hecho un pastel que está decorado con fresas cortadas en forma de una flor. Por dentro se esconde un bizcocho borracho (lleva mucho ron) que está dividido por dos capas: una de puré de fresas y la otra de crema de yogur. En su nuevo libro Bake it like you mean it.
