Nothing very exciting but one pair of Gt Crested Grebes have finally decided to nest, same place as last year – a floating nest in the Water Bistort. The above 4-Spot Chaser was warming up on a reed stem by the cafe boardwalk. It was brought to my attention by Gareth Stamp - thanks Gareth! Spotted Longhorn Beetle - Reptula maculata.
