The property is just steps from traditional pubs, restaurants, shops and the race course. Horse racing at Cartmel dates back to 1856. Race meetings are held on Spring and Sum mer Bank Holiday Weekends. There are a total of seven race days this year. Which is literally only steps away. Sorry but Flat 2 and Flat 4 do not permit smoking or pets.
