小标签遏制 半瓶水 浪费 从政协提案到国标修订背后的故事. 据媒体披露的一项不完全统计显示 国内每年集会和会议导致的 半瓶水 浪费多达100万瓶以上。 记者从质检总局获悉， 瓶装饮用水消费者识别要求 已写入国家标准 鼓励通过打码、印制、连接、粘贴、喷涂或其他方式，在容量小于600ml的瓶装饮用水包装上设置使消费者能够辨认自己饮用产品的数字、文字、图形、符号或用于标记的涂层、区域等。 关于优化饮品包装，解决瓶装水浪费问题的提案 关于建议优化饮品包装减少瓶装水浪费的提案 关于为瓶装水做个记号，节约每一口水的提案 制定瓶装饮用水使用节水型商标法制化时间表的提案 从2010年 两会 开始，袁熙坤连续4年与其他政协委员联名提交提案，呼吁关注瓶装饮用水的浪费问题，建议有关部门出台相关规定，统一制定标准，杜绝 半瓶水 浪费。 袁熙坤等委员在 关于优化饮品包装，解决瓶装水浪费问题的提案 中写道， 经过大量的市场调查，我使用了一种方法，在瓶装水标签上印刷一定尺寸的刮写区，与我国现在使用的发票刮奖区效果类似，采用涂层材料印制，可用指甲或随身携带的钥匙等物，在刮写区涂层上书写自己的名字等个性标识。
