Welcome to the site. This site is made as a last resort to warn people about the work of Amandeep Singh, who we employed to carry out a residential building project, but who failed to carry out the contract in a reasonable amount of time or within the agreed contract price. We think he only completed around 40% of the work but has taken 95% of the money! We trusted this guy but now believe he knew he could not complete the work on time or on budget before he even started.

The Contract was agreed in two parts, which became one project. Cost of project was 59,500 excluding materials for all floors, kitchen, sound proof wall, wardrobes, bathroom suites, and various other materials. The photographs available from the Photographs link on the left were all taken on 23rd January 2012 - 7 full months after woork started and practically all money had run out. Aman the builder. Following an ultimatum, which he failed to meet an agreed deadline, we had no choice but to sack him.

Amandeep Singh (AKA: Aman the builder) told me he originates from India and has been working in the UK as a builder for 10 years. he works in the Ilford, Romford, Dagenham areas. He showed me and my wife around a loft conversion he had almost finished working on. Everything looked fine and he came with a recommendation from the customer. Please see the photographs for evidence.

Having other builders carry out a site visit, all of them have inspected the tiling done by Aman Singh, our Rip-off builder, has been found to be incorrectly installed. Many tiles have fallen off the walls, and most others are loose and are about to fall off. We have had to pay to have all tiles removed from the walls of all bathrooms. You have been warned!
