The "O"stonishing World of the Opii. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Boston, from a Tourist's View. Don't worry, I made a backup reservation at another great restaurant for a later time, just in case. Luckily when we arrived there was a four top with our name on it. We enjoyed an excellent meal with fresh seafood and handmade pasta, while sipping ridiculously inexpensive wine (I think it was only $15 a bottle). Our bellies were full from all the wine and pasta, so what do you think we did next? Saturday night th...

The "O"stonishing World of the Opii. Monday, June 20, 2011. Take that and Rewind it Back.". Where we’re going, we don’t need roads…”. Yes, a few weeks ago I hopped into my DeLorean, and traveled back in time not once, but twice. The first trip was back to 1990 for the New Kids on the Block Magic Summer. My god-mother, Shirley, bought me four tickets to the show at Foxboro Stadium for my 10th birthday! I tried looking for a picture last time I was home, but couldn't find my mom's early 90s albums. New Kid...

The "O"stonishing World of the Opii. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. 30 Day Picture Challenge, Day 4. Day 4- A picture of your night. I'm not quite sure what "a picture of your night" means, but I'll interpret it as being what my typical night is like. So here is a picture of an alarm clock. Friday, May 20, 2011. 30 Day Picture Challenge, Day 3. Day 3 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show. Another easy / predictable one for me: The original Beverly Hills, 90210. Who was my favorite character? Cut each b...

Cross To Our Lane: November 2011

http://crosstoourlane.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

Cross To Our Lane. Welcome to Our Little Spot of the Internet. Sunday, November 20, 2011. Mommy Goes Back to Work. Before Mommy went back to work Grady suprised us and rolled over from front to back! I was so happy that I was able to see this milestone. Mommy and Daddy love Grady! First time rolling over at 11 weeks. How did I get here? Links to this post. Halloween, a Birthday and. Snow? We had a very low-key Halloween celebration this year. I didn't even get Grady a costume! What a bad mom!

Raising Kane: November 2010

http://dakanes.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html

Sunday, November 28, 2010. Here are some photos of our fun times. Tommy tried to get Heisman to take him for a ride. No such luck. Tommy's Thanksgiving outfit was so cute. (Danny picked it out and everything! Tommy's all ready for his Thanksgiving meal! Rice cereal and green beans). Tommy likes green beans! Tommy is working on sitting all by himself. He is getting pretty good at it. I know that once he figures out how to crawl there will be no stopping him. Sunday, November 7, 2010. Not sure yet :).

Monday, January 31, 2011. Our Great White Adventure. 65279;Over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend we were able to take a much needed family vacation to Keystone, Co. We went out there with two other couples from Manhattan, the Sharps and Hulsey's. My parents were also able to join us. I hadn't been on the slopes with my dad in a long time, the weather and snow were perfect. A snow storm extended our trip with a night in Denver, however we arrived safely home Tuesday evening. Raising Kane: November 2011

http://dakanes.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Now that the grandparents visits have come to an end, I am thinking about the time I have left before I go back to work. I only have a month left of maternity leave and will be savoring every minute. I miss my job, but being with the boys is so rewarding. It is amazing how your heart grows bigger with each child. Motherhood is an amazing gift! Thank you everyone for helping us become the best parents we can. Grammy and Poppi Colicci with the boys. Grandma Kane and the boys.

http://dakanes.blogspot.com/2012/06/1st-impressions-can-make-such-impack.html

Tuesday, June 26, 2012. 1st Impressions can make such an impack. I have a job for the fall! I will be teaching 4th grade at Palmer Elementary School 2012-2013. I am so excited! I have really enjoyed my time with the boys, but I do love teaching. The way I look at it teaching gives me the best of both worlds. I get to do what I love and still have plenty of time to spend with the people I love. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. 1st Impressions can make such an impack.

Sunday, March 16, 2014. Where Does the Time Go? I guess keeping up with a blog was much harder than I thought it would be. Oh, and having two children would keep me the busiest I have ever been. I haven't written on this for a year. Sorry everyone who reads this. To fill you in on the highlights of the last year or so, the boys are amazing. They are as Tommy calls it "Best Buddies" and John says "My Tommy". Tommy and John: January 2013. John and Tommy: March 2013. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Tuesday, June 26, 2012. I have put together the album. Please understand that this is in no particular order and the events are random. I wanted to get them out as soon as possible, so they are not as organized as I would like. I hope you enjoy an insight to that last couple of months. We have been working hard to find things to do during the day. The summer reading program at the library sounded like a great place to start. And was it ever! We bought the CD and plan on seeing them again soon. :). We are...

Monday, October 31, 2011. Hallloween was a success! We may have only walked to two houses, but in my book that is huge. After walking to our neighbors all Tommy wanted to do was be chased around the yard. Saturday, October 22, 2011. Tommy had his first big party at daycare last week and I was so excited to attend. It started with each day leading up, kids wore a color and did something crazy. Thursday was the actual Festival, so the students wore red and had lots of activities to participate in. View my ...

Only 5 people in the district receive this award, so it's a great honor! There will be a special banquet held on May 9th at Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City in which she will receive her crystal award along with $1000 prize! Our Adventure Begins

We met for the first time during our pre-teen years in junior high school as class mates. Unbeknown to us our lives would cross again as adults; after growing up and gaining valuable life experiences. These same life experiences have prepared us for each other in a wonderful balanced, and loving relationship. Although we have had great experiences together our true journey will begin after we are married. We are happy that you can share in the moment of our wedding day. October 15, 2011.
