We've had some extreme weather in East TN lately. Two weeks straight of ice and snow. I was able to squeeze in a quick trip to the Clinch. I opted to fish the pool below Norris Dam. I was in the river for around an hour and brought two fish to hand. The snow was still on the ground and it was great to get out in the brisk cold air.
