Pork Loin (whatever size or weight you want to buy). 2 heads of garlic. 1 cup of beer (I always use budweiser for some reason). Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Roughly chop the garlic. Black Beans - The Quick Tasty Version. 1 small can of black beans (goya is good). 2 slices of bacon finely chopped. 2 cloves of garlic (minced). In a small sauce pan on high heat add the chopped bacon and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the onions and let them become transluscent. Add the garlic and cook another minute. Thank you for sharing :).
