These cold tasty treats will help everyone keep cool on those hot Summer days. 1 cup fresh berries of choice (if using frozen berries, don’t add ice cubes). 2 cups Vanilla Rice Dream. 1 cup ice cubes ONLY IF YOU ARE USING FRESH BERRIES. 1 tbs lemon juice. 1 tsp ginger powder. In a blender add all of the above ingredients and blend until smooth! Garnish with a lemon slice! 1 year 40 weeks.

This ravioli has been made every year during the holidays for generations. We eat this after a day of swimming at the pool since it fills you up, and ties you over until dinner. You can also substitute the cucumbers for other crispy veggies like peppers or celery. 4 slices of bacon. Cup finely chopped lettuce. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/8 tsp. of mustard. I love anything with bacon on it!
