I get to be a stay at home mom and am a very lucky wife to a wonderful husband. View my complete profile. Wednesday, November 3, 2010. The land down under. He went to Subway for lunch and some things have the same name but green peppers are called something else. I'll have to get more details or have him write. We were going to talk on Skype but his hotel doesn't have wireless internet so he calls using his IPOD. I never thought I'd be so grateful for it. He's able to call when he gets to work in...

for posterity...: March 2015
http://notthecroshaws.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Our story begins in Pocatello, Idaho, circa 1972, when the lovely Debby Christensen agreed to a first, though fateful date with admirer, David Croshaw. Long story-short, he bade her follow him, and they went arm-in-arm to the Logan, Utah temple for establishment of an eternal family unit, Generation 1, on May 23 1973. So now, including Generation 0 (Grandma and Grandpa Christensen) home base includes Yuma, Arizona, Pocatello, Idaho, Cascade, Idaho, Vancouver, BC, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Spokane, Washin...

Friday, November 26, 2010. The Perfect Tree 2010. Why does it take us 2 hours to find a tree to cut? I'm sure the one we ended up taking home was one of the first ones we saw when we got there. Is there some kind of disorder that both Travis and I have that makes us think we have to see every single tree in the whole freaking farm before we can truly be satisfied with the one we originally liked? At least it wasn't snowing. Not our dog. The kids can only wish. Posted by Yonker Family. And what sucks most...

Yonker Family Living: August 2010
http://yonkerfamily.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Welcome to Wisconsin. and that's about all I have to say about that. (although we did pick up some super yummy squeaky cheese). Then to Mitchell South Dakota and a visit to the Corn Palace. It was a pretty cool sight to see. Much of the building is constructed, both inside and out, of dried horn cobs/husks, wheat, grains, etc. Not sure why we stopped at Wall Drug. Now the more popular Mount Rushmore. It really was pretty spectacular. Posted by Yonker Family. House side and back.
