Sunday, November 3, 2013. I'm feeling great and will be back in the gym starting tomorrow. Since most of you have taken a couple of weeks off, we will have to be careful you don't get sore! Thanksgiving week the gym will be closed Thanksgiving day and the day after. Also that week, on Monday (11/25) the gym will not be open until 9 AM. The gym will be closed on the afternoon of Dec. 24 and Christmas day. We may do one workout on Christmas day depending on interest. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
